The Process - Custom Printing

All of apparel products are custom printed to order – after you have placed your order, our production team will create the product for you.

• Our apparel are all created using state-of-the-art equipment by our brilliant production partner in their seven acre facility located in the heart of Detroit, MI in the US.   
• Our footwear is handmade by our US partner located overseas.

jasalukisfoto’s head office is located in London, Finland but everything is done in the US, all our printing and fulfilment is in the US as our core market is the US. All our orders (except shoes) are dispatched from our US production facility.

Our highly experienced printing partner knows that the quality of your product is what we stand for. If you receive any product that isn't perfect, we'll absolutely get a free replacement to you so buy with confidence! 

What’s in a Tee?

We only want to wear gear that feels great as well as looks super cool, stuff that will last and you can keep as your trusted favorites. We trashed all of that scratchy cotton for ringspun combed cotton, we chose Tri-Blend T-Shirts which provide FFF (Fantastic Feel & Fit).

Here’s the technical part you didn’t always know…

Better Than Cotton?

Ring-spun cotton is basically a better quality cotton. It’s a very fine rope of cotton that’s created by twisting and thinning the cotton strands continuously. This results in a stronger cotton that is significantly softer. The softness of the fabric is determined by the number of times the fiber is twisted. In our descriptions you will often see ring-spun described as ‘32 Singles’. The higher the number, the better as it means the yarn is thinner and softer literally because it has been twisted more times. So yes, 32 Singles is super soft and super comfortable.

What's a TRI-BLEND T-Shirt?

A regular standard T-shirt that is 100% cotton may sound like the best choice but who wants a favorite T shirt that won’t last, shrinks and loses its shape?

Our Tri-Blend collections take the best qualities from a combination of Ring spun cotton/polyester/rayon (50/25/25) to provide the softness and comfort of cotton, the strength and wrinkle resistance of polyester and the drape of rayon to get a great slick fit.
